Be seen, be heard.

REVEAL

Welcome...

Coaching that reconnects you to yourself—and everything that matters to you.

What We Do @ LTR.

This coaching is designed to reconnect you to yourself.  Along with everything you’re connected to.  And we mean e v e r y t h i n g!  We discover the quality of your relationships reflects the quality of your relationship with yourself.  A mirror, a reflection of what's going on in you.

Most of us carry the weight of that mirror as expectations, emotional habits, unspoken wounds, and stories that no longer serve us.  That’s where relationship and connection coaching comes in.

We practice reflecting on seemingly separate thinking together, as whole-person relationship coaching.   This helps you explore and transform how you connect—with loved ones, family, community, your environment, and your own inner world.

This is not therapy. This is not surface-level mindset work. This is coaching that meets you where you are—with clarity, courage, and care.

Let's co-create a shift from what no longer fits so you can live with deeper presence, purpose, and self-trust.

A Coaching Style That’s Warm—but Honest

You won’t find bandaids or endless cheerleading here.

This coaching style is grounded, focused, and infused with what Thomas Leonard called the Edge: a strong, clear, respectful presence that doesn’t get caught up in the noise.

You’ll get:

  • A space to speak freely, without judgment

  • Gently disruptive questions that reveal truth beneath story

  • Insightful frameworks and tools that support growth

  • A compassionate challenge to the patterns that keep you stuck

  • A co-creative partnership focused on helping you live the life you actually want

I’ll listen deeply. I’ll reflect truthfully. And I’ll hold you accountable to the version of you that’s waiting underneath all the old expectations.

  • You want to feel at peace in your own skin again

  • You’re tired of shrinking to fit or shape-shifting to please

  • You’ve outgrown a life that no longer reflects who you are

  • You’re ready to stop playing small in your relationships

  • You know it’s time to show up as your full self—confident, clear, connected

This Works For You, If...

Why
Love The Reflection?

Being Present, Being Curious With You

Because coaching isn’t about changing who you are.

It’s about clearing the distortion, reconnecting you with your inner clarity, and helping you create whole-life connection to develop relationships that are rooted in honesty, presence, and authentic connection.

You are not seen as broken, or behind or less then.

You’re just ready for change.

Let’s start there.

  • 1. What is Whole-Life Connection Coaching?
Whole-Life Connection Coaching supports you in improving your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you. It’s an integrated approach combining coaching, conscious communication, inner inquiry, and practical insight to help you move forward where you feel stuck—emotionally, mentally, or relationally. We're curious about consistent 'capital T Truth', not just our perceptions.
  • 2. How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Coaching focuses on the present and what’s next—rather than analysing the past. While therapy may help heal trauma, coaching supports clarity, responsibility, and empowered action. It’s less about fixing and more about unfolding.
  • 3. What can I expect to gain from coaching?
Clients coaching experiences are many and varied! Some include: - increased self-awareness, - better communication in relationships, - a stronger sense of purpose, - reduced internal conflict, and - a greater feeling of ease and alignment. The aim is to reconnect you to your own wisdom and power.
  • 4. What actually happens in a coaching session?
Sessions are conversation-based but structured for insight and transformation. You bring a topic (big or small), and we explore it together using powerful, targeted questions. You’ll often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable.
  • 5. What tools or modalities do you use in sessions?
Alongside traditional coaching frameworks, I draw from: Laser-Focused Coaching by Marion Franklin The Work of Byron Katie (thought inquiry) Peter Crone’s Freedom Philosophy Jungian psychology & archetypes Modern neuroscience insights on behaviour and belief systems Metaphysical insights and wisdom These frameworks help us uncover the root of what’s really going on, not just the surface story.
  • 6. What kinds of people do you coach?
I work with individuals seeking greater connection—whether that’s with loved ones, work, creativity, identity, or self. Many of my clients are navigating: Change, Relationships, Burnout, Frustrations, Hurt, Feeling Stuck, or A feeling of 'something’s missing.'
  • 7. Do I need to have a clear goal to start coaching?
Not at all! Many clients start with a sense of discomfort or dissatisfaction but don’t know why. That’s exactly what coaching helps with—getting clear on what matters most and where to go next. It's a conversation to raise your awareness with yourself.
  • 8. What certifications do you have?
I’m currently completing my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), through the Laser-Focused Coaching program by Marion Franklin. I also bring decades of personal development work and professional experience in relational dynamics, emotional literacy, and somatic inquiry.
  • 9. How long do people usually work with you?
Some clients benefit from just a few sessions for clarity on a single issue. Others choose ongoing support over months as they navigate life transitions, deep growth, or relational healing. There’s no one-size-fits-all, however a guideline is a minimum of three sessions to develop our coaching rapport and strengthen your openness to self enquiry.
  • 10. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you have invested your time in reading through to this FAQ, you might be ready for coaching! 😉 If you’re ready to explore your patterns, shift your perspective, and take ownership of your life—with compassion and curiosity—coaching may be the perfect next step.
